Nilakanta Srinivasan (Neil), Master Facilitator, SHRM India Neil is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and is the founder of Canopus Business Management Group. With over 18 years of extensive experience in Analytics, Hoshin Kanri, Blue Ocean Strategy, Lean, Six Sigma, Outsourcing, Change Management and Design Thinking, he helps large enterprises in services and manufacturing, with particular emphasis on execution of business & functional strategies, customer experience & process transformation. In his previous role, he served as the Senior Vice President - Customer experience & Business Transformation at HSBC.
