INITIATIVES
SHRM Foundation Pools of Work
To help employers expand access to work and ensure that all workers and workplaces thrive, the SHRM Foundation focuses on three interconnected pools of work. All initiatives, projects, and programs fall primarily under one pool of work, as outlined below. These pools derive from the Foundation’s mission and ensure alignment with SHRM and SHRM Foundation's shared goal to create a world of work that works for all.
Content and creative for each individual initiative should ladder up to its respective pool of work and use their associated branded assets.

IMAGERY
Images below have been used across Foundation initiatives. Photography should be the primary source of imagery. Photos should showcase the diversity and demographics of the SHRM Foundation’s general audience or an initiative’s sub-audience. Subjects should appear authentic rather than posed. Overall, photo selections should feel empowering, determined and optimistic. Additionally, each initiative will have a unique “tone” with regard to subjects and style.
