Erica Hutchins Coe is a Partner at McKinsey & Company and the Global Executive Director of the McKinsey Health Institute, where she leads efforts to advance human health and well-being worldwide. With nearly two decades of experience across the public, private, and social sectors, she advises organizations on integrating brain health, behavioral health, and the broader drivers of workforce performance into core business strategy.
A recognized leader in health innovation, Coe has helped shape global research and convene cross-sector leaders to improve outcomes and extend healthy life expectancy, bringing a practical, data-driven perspective to how organizations can unlock performance through investment in their people. Coe holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Master of Public Health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Harvard University.
