Yes! Download the SumTotal Mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. After installation, connect to education.shrm.org and log in with your SHRM credentials to access your courses on the go.
Use the SHRM Education Enterprise Portal to assign or purchase licenses and access corporate reports, including learner activity, assignment status, and completion metrics.
If your request is submitted within 30 days of purchase and the course has not been accessed, you may be eligible for a full refund.

No. SHRM eLearning licenses are nontransferable. Once assigned, a license cannot be cleared or reassigned. If assigned to the wrong user, a new license will need to be purchased. Refunds may be available based on the policy above.
