In periods of volatility, capital strategy becomes a defining test of the entire C-suite. Drawing on more than three decades advising companies and leading large-scale capital markets platforms, including his tenure as Chairman and CEO of Truist Securities, John Gregg will examine how executive teams can make disciplined, high-impact capital decisions when markets tighten and uncertainty rises. This session will explore how senior leaders align on liquidity protection, capital deployment, risk management, and strategic investment—balancing defense with offense while maintaining credibility with boards and capital providers. Attendees will gain a practical framework for aligning enterprise strategy with capital strategy when timing, sequencing, and communication matter most.
