A coalition of employers, education providers, policymakers, military, nonprofit organizations, and other stakeholders dedicated to advancing skills-based education and hiring. Led by WGU, Walmart, and the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation, the OSN aims to reduce technological and operational barriers towards the adoption of skills-based education and hiring as a standard practice for the majority of education providers and employers in the U.S.
