Workplace Innovation Now (WIN) Challenge – Aspen Institute & Pivotal Ventures
Overview Launched on September 25, 2025 by the Aspen Institute (via Aspen Digital) with funding from Pivotal Ventures, the Workplace Innovation Now (WIN) Challenge is a $60 million nationwide grant competition. The Challenge aims to identify and scale innovative solutions to workplace barriers — especially those affecting women — and in doing so, strengthen workplaces and the broader economy for everyone. The impetus for this work is the belief that when workplaces are designed with women’s needs in mind, they become better environments for everyone.
