You will receive a welcome letter 2 weeks prior to the program's start date, which will include all program logistics and a link to download materials.

Please note: For California HR: Applying CA Law to Employment Practices, People Analytics: Taking Data-Driven Action, and SHRM Essentials of HR ONLY: This program includes self-paced eLearning content to be completed prior to or in conjunction with your instructor-led seminar. Access to this eLearning content is provided through the SHRM eLearning portal. Simply log in using your SHRM.org credentials.

 

Yes, all SHRM Education programs are eligible for PDCs. Check the program description to confirm eligibility and PDC amount for the seminar you are pursuing. If you currently hold your SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification, PDCs will be automatically added to your recertification account.

All cancellations must be in writing using our online form. Confirmed registrants may cancel and receive a full refund minus a $250 cancellation fee up to 10 business days before the program. If you find that you are unable to attend and it is less than 10 business days before the program's start date, you may send a replacement to attend in your place. If you are unable to send a replacement, you will forfeit your registration fee.Should the program be cancelled by SHRM, SHRM is not responsible for any penalty incurred by purchasing a nonrefundable airline ticket or related travel fees.

Transfers are permitted one time only within the calendar year. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail, no later than 10 business days before the program's start date. You may transfer into another program that will be held before December 31 of the current calendar year. You may also choose to transfer your registration to another SHRM event within the same calendar year (not a SHRM Educational Program) but will be responsible for paying any price difference (if applicable). If you are unable to attend the program to which you transfer, you may send a replacement. If you are unable to send a replacement, you will forfeit your registration fee. All transfers must be made in writing using our online form.
