Designed to effectively meet the learning needs of and provide practical skills to entry level HR professional or participants from other functions looking to enter the world of HR. It enables a better understanding of core HR verticals, HR related issues faced by organizations today and how to select, manage and retain critical talent to support the achievement of organizational objectives.

The CEHRM certification is an engaging 48 hrs instructor led learning program delivered over 8 weeks through in-person and virtual sessions. It supports participants to elevate their knowledge and career readiness level in their existing or future roles.

Requiring no prior HR knowledge, you can enter the program anytime! The sessions are delivered in both Arabic and English to provide participants with a comfortable learning environment.  

Assessment and Earning the Certificate

After the learning program there is an assessment with a mix of knowledge, practical application and scenario-based items.

To earn the Certificate of Course Completion from SHRM, a passing mark of 70% on the assessment and maintaining a minimum attendance of 70% is required.
