The CEHRM program is best suited for entry level HR professionals. Participants with no prior knowledge or background of HR will also be eligible.
To effectively meet the needs of learning and provide practical skills to HR employees to equip them to better understand HR issues facing organizations today and to select, manage and retain critical talent to support the achievement of organizational objectives.

Program Structure
- Participant orientation (30 mins)
- Pre-assessment (60 mins). Baselining, no min marks requirement.
- 48 hours of instructor led learning (mix of virtual and in-person sessions) supported by pre and post reading + reflection assignments
- Post-assessment (60 mins). Knowledge check. 70% passing marks required.
- Language: Arabic or English (bi-lingual format also available)
