Abraham Gonzales-Pollick is Senior VP of Learning, HR Compliance, Corporate Communication and Philanthropy at Vensure, and is a global transformational and operational leader. He started his HR career in outsourced HR, after 14 years of being an entrepreneur and running a successful General Contracting business. For the last two decades, Abraham has built a footprint of success, serving on Non-Profit Boards and as a Board Chair in the performing arts, leading HR and leadership teams, designing and building HR functions for small to medium sized businesses, and coaching executive teams on building and driving people strategy and organization culture. In a slight career pivot, Abraham expanded his leadership and experience serving today as a Learning, HR Compliance, Corporate Communication and Philanthropy Senior VP for Vensure Employer Services.
