Katya Kudashkina
Katya Kudashkina is the Senior Director of AI and Machine learning at Dayforce and works on natural language processing and AI products, such as Intelligent Assistant. She has 13 years of combined expertise in business and AI. Having completed her Ph.D. in AI, Kudashkina has worked with Professor Richard Sutton, a founder of modern computational approaches known as reinforcement learning. Prior to Dayforce, she built her career working on products in the corporate world and founding two of her own AI-based startups.

Lauris Apse
Lauris Apse is Product Vice President, Data and AI at Dayforce. He leads the data and analytics product team at Dayforce, helping people leaders and HR teams drive engagement and performance in their organizations via Dayforce’s reporting and dashboard capabilities. Before joining Dayforce, Apse helped lead the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation's transformation from a traditional broadcaster to a data-driven, digital media powerhouse.
