Emily Quade

Technical Recruiter, Belmont Point Management

Emily is the Technical Recruiter for Belmont Point Management, a consulting firm based out of Hollywood, MD. She graduated with her Bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in Educational Studies from St. Mary’s College of MD, the National Public Honors College. 

Emily was diagnosed with ADHD and later Sensory Processing Dysfunction as an adult and well into her professional career. Managing the symptoms of ADHD and SPD while in the professional world can be a significant challenge. As a result, she is passionate about mental well-being in the workplace and creating an environment where everyone feels supported, valued, and seen. Emily hopes to one day become a Sr. HR Generalist.

Emily is honored to have been selected to participate in the SHRM Foundation’s HR Tomorrow Leadership Program for the 2025-2026 cohort! Being awarded such an amazing opportunity will allow her to gain valuable insight and resources from some of the nation’s most reputable and distinguished HR professionals. This is an opportunity for Emily to reach her goals and expand her professional experience beyond Talent Acquisition and into the Human Resources field, and she is so excited to begin!
