Jonathan Vaas
Jonathan Vaas is Chief Legal Officer at BambooHR. In his role, Vaas leads the company’s legal and human resources teams, overseeing all legal, regulatory, compliance, people and investor relations matters. With more than two decades of experience as a corporate attorney and technology leader, his expertise spans many areas, including: strategy, complex technology transactions, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, securities law, corporate governance, executive compensation, real estate, human resources and investor relations. Prior to joining BambooHR, Vaas spent more than a decade at Adobe, where he served as Vice President of investor Relations, Head of Corporate Legal and Assistant Secretary to the board of directors. Prior to Adobe he was an Attorney at Sullivan & Worcester and Jones Day. He is a member of L-Suite, the Utah state bar, formerly served as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the University of Utah Hospital Foundation and is currently an Executive Board Member for the Repertory Dance Theatre in Salt Lake City.
