SHRM MENA introduces the AI in HR Professional Certificate Program, a globally recognized learning journey that prepares HR professionals to apply Artificial Intelligence responsibly and effectively across the HR function.
As AI reshapes how organizations attract, develop, and support talent, HR teams are expected to lead this transformation. This program equips participants to integrate Generative AI (GenAI) with Human-cantered design, enabling smarter decision-making, increased efficiency, and improved employee experience.
Designed for HR practitioners across all levels, HR managers, L&D and OD specialist and HR technology or transformation teams, the program spans 6-8 weeks and covers the practical skills needed to evaluate, implement and use AI Tools in real HR scenarios. Participants will build portfolio of HR-focused AI use cases, assess future readiness, and complete a capstone project focused on designing an ethical, AI-first HR solution.
Assessment and Earning the Certificate
To earn the Certificate of Course Completion from SHRM, 100% completion of the Capstone project and maintaining a minimum attendance of 70% is required.
