Myriah Sweeney
Myriah Sweeney is General Manager for People and Property Services for Toyota Motor North America located at the Plano, Texas North American headquarters. She is responsible for strategic alignment and implementation of various employee and property related services for North American manufacturing, sales and financial services operations. People services include dining, child/family care, fitness, uniform programs, banking, mail/dock operations, video production, etc. Property services include real estate management, workplace strategy, landscaping, janitorial, etc. Sweeney previously served as senior manager in People Services. She joined Toyota in 2000 and has held positions in purchasing direct parts buying and indirect buying, procurement contracts and systems, and logistics operations. She joined CSS as senior manager of people services in 2018 and gained responsibility for property services in 2022.

Matthew Nestler
Matthew Nestler, Ph.D., is Senior Economist at KPMG US. He leads research on the care economy (childcare, eldercare and paid leave), and what the care crisis means for workers and their families, employers and the overall US economy. He constructed a new indicator, the Parental Work Disruption Index, which measures how many workers are impacted by inadequate childcare options each month. He also publishes articles about the US labor market and macroeconomic topics in Latin America.

Jamie Nelson
Jamie Nelson is Group Vice President, Client Relations at Bright Horizons. She joined Bright Horizons in 2001. In this capacity she leads the team of talented client relations directors who directly manage global client partnerships across all Bright Horizons lines of business: work-site child care centers, back-up and elder care options, and other family solutions programs. She and her team are the trusted strategic partners who work collaboratively alongside their clients to maximize the engagement, outcome and return on investment of the Bright Horizons programs their clients offer their employees and ensure that the programs are evolving to meet current and future critical business needs. In her time at Bright Horizons, Nelson has worked both directly and in a leadership capacity with a variety of Bright Horizons clients including companies such as Apple, GAP, Intuit, JPMorgan Chase, Meta, Stanford University, T-Mobile, and Target.
