Dr. Simreet Khaira
Dr. Simreet Khaira, MD is a double board certified Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist who works for Carelon Behavioral Health as a Manager Medical Director. Prior to this position, she served as the Associate Regional Medical Director in MA for Lifestance Health. After completing her residency and fellowship training at Tufts Medical Center, Khaira joined a small outpatient private practice, Commonwealth Psychology Associates. There she partnered with senior leaders to help grow the business, including the creation of policies and procedures rooted in best practices. She went on to lead the team and when the company was eventually acquired by Lifestance Health her role was expanded to support the larger region. She has been with Carelon for three years, her responsibilities include leading a team of medical directors and supporting clinical and quality initiatives.

Monica Wu, PhD
Monica Wu, PhD, Lead Clinical Product Manager at Lyra Health, is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in evidence-based mental health care for youth and their families. She is the Clinical Product lead for Lyra's pediatric mental health model, tailored digital clinical content, and clinical research on our pediatric offerings. Wu is dedicated to providing quality care and engaging in community-based outreach to promote evidence-based mental health care to families. Prior to Lyra, she served on faculty in the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the UCLA Semel Institute and established her clinical and scientific expertise through 40+ peer-reviewed scientific publications, numerous book chapters, and research awards from national organizations.
