Regan Gross, SHRM-SCP, brings over 20 years of human resources experience across industries including banking technology, pharmaceuticals, and commercial real estate. As a long-tenured Knowledge Advisor at SHRM she is dedicated to supporting HR professionals at every career stage.
Regan is known for helping members navigate complex workplace challenges and adapt to evolving legislation. Her commitment to lifelong learning is reflected in her academic achievements and extensive professional certifications.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Pre-Law from Meredith College, graduating cum laude, with minors in Human Resources and Psychology. Her specialty credentials include California Employment Law, People Analytics, Getting Talent Back to Work, Veterans at Work, and Workplace Mental Health Ally.
