Anita Grantham is a nationally recognized executive-in-residence and consultant, and author of the forthcoming Everyone Sells: The Art of Influence, Intention, and Energy in the Age of AI. She co-hosts Culture Creators, a leadership podcast produced with SHRM and Nectar reaching 500,000+ leaders, and runs LiveWire, her strategy consulting practice.
Anita built her career inside three of the fastest-growing tech companies in the country — Pluralsight, BambooHR, and Infusionsoft (Keap) — scaling their cultures from hundreds to thousands of employees and earning recognition from Fortune's Best Companies to Work For and Great Place to Work. She relocated from Utah to Arizona, where she now advises boards, CEOs, and management teams as an executive-in-residence and consultant.
Anita lives in Arizona with her husband JB and their three daughters, Jordan, Kalin, and Grace, and their dog, Derby.
