Barb Snyder is a business leader with 25 years of professional experience in both Operations and Talent & People Leadership across multiple industries. Her expertise has led to leadership roles within complex ownership structures, including Private Equity, publicly traded companies (NASDAQ and NYSE), not-for-profit organizations, and privately held (family-owned) businesses ranging from 75 to 10,000 employees. She has also supported both non-union and unionized workforce activities.
Throughout her career, Barb has been responsible for building multiple Human Resource organizations from the ground up, implementing modern HR technologies, preparing organizations for M&A activities and recapitalizations, and executing employee engagement and change management strategies. She has consistently scaled businesses for growth during some of the most challenging markets of our time.
Barb views her role in HR leadership as an architect, designing people programs that align with the organization’s overall goals while helping individuals find purpose in their work.
