Geetika honed her legal expertise at Berkeley Law and Harvard Law before embarking on a career at Norton Rose Fulbright, a prestigious global law firm. There, she led high-profile mergers, acquisitions, and startup/VC financings, skillfully navigating complex transactions for industry-leading clients.
Recognizing the transformative potential of artificial intelligence, Geetika has spent the past several years exploring its ability to reshape business and professional development. She co-founded Rubi Legal Training to revolutionize attorney education, leveraging AI and cutting-edge technology to scale real-world legal experience. Her work focuses on enhancing workflows, rethinking professional learning, and making AI-driven training accessible, intuitive, and practical.
