John Dooney, SHRM-SCP, has more than 20 years as a practitioner and researcher and has a broad HR background in employee relations; international HR, immigration, executive search, and HR metrics. John managed employer immigration practices and executive search for high technology and financial institutions. He has authored many articles on HR metrics and holds a graduate degree in industrial/organizational psychology.
