Marla is an expert in the design, development, and delivery of complex curricula for multinational corporations, with specialization in leadership, Critical Knowledge Transfer, finance, and accounting. She has collaborated with companies across diverse industries, including entertainment, communications, electronics, automotive, and aerospace. Her impressive client portfolio includes Raytheon, Boeing Satellite Division, GM, Toyota, Sony Pictures, Paramount, and Fox.
Known for her ability to quickly organize large volumes of information, think on her feet, and facilitate high-stakes meetings at the executive level, Marla is frequently sought after for her expertise in navigating complex organizational challenges. In addition to her consulting work, Marla has taught finance at California State University Northridge and USC, and served as an adjunct professor in the Executive MBA program at Loyola Marymount University.
