With over 30 years of experience as Senior Vice President and HR Executive at JP Morgan Chase, Susan brings a wealth of knowledge to her consulting work with executives across various industries, government entities, and non-profits. She is known for quickly earning trust, building strong relationships, and providing constructive coaching that drives organizational results.
Susan offers deep expertise across business disciplines, valuable insights into team dynamics, and innovative problem-solving approaches that enhance leadership effectiveness. As a SHRM faculty member, she collaborates directly with business clients to address complex human resource challenges. Additionally, Susan is the Co-host of The JoyPowered® Workspace Podcast and the Co-author of The JoyPowered® Team.
Susan earned her B.S. in Business from Indiana University and holds the SHRM-SCP certification. She has served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Indianapolis and holds several SHRM specialty credentials, including Leading Workplace Investigations, Talent Acquisition, and HR Department of One. She also earned the SHRM Foundation’s Employing Abilities @Work Certificate.
