Melissa Todd
Melissa Todd is a Lead Advisor, Total Rewards at Chick-fil-A. With over three decades of dedicated service at Chick-fil-A, her journey began as a team member in an Atlanta restaurant. During college, Melissa transitioned to the Support Center as the front desk receptionist, which provided a wonderful opportunity to connect with everyone at Chick-fil-A. Her college education is in Office Administration from Clayton State College & University.
Over the years, Melissa have had the privilege of advancing through various roles within the People function, including HR Interviewer, Sr. Executive Assistant, and Project Specialist. Currently, she leads Chick-fil-A’s Family Care Benefits and Accolades Staff Recognition Program.
Melissa’s favorite aspect of Chick-fil-A is the organization’s incredible generosity and genuine care for its people, both personally and professionally. Her favorite Chick-fil-A menu item is waffle fries!

Megan Flaherty
Megan Flaherty is a Partner within Mercer’s Health business. She works with organizations both locally and nationally, as a member of Mercer’s Megan/Jumbo Employer Team.
Megan has 15+ years of experience in employee benefits. In her role, Megan aims to provide her clients with practical, innovative guidance that allows them to strategically implement benefits that meet the needs of their people and business, while managing to budget. She has served clients across multiple industries, including retail, financial services, manufacturing, and high tech.
Megan graduated from Boston College with a BA degree in Mathematics and Economics. She holds a Life, Accident and Health Producer License in several different states.

Julie Green
Julie Green has been a part of the Bright Horizons family for 22 years, supporting organizations and their employees in a variety of roles. Currently, she is serving as the Director of Solutions Strategy where she meets regularly with both current and prospective clients to access their benefit strategies and identify solutions that best support working families while maximizing equity and impact. In just the last two years, Julie has partnered with over 500 U.S. and global partners to design programs tailored to the needs of their key employee populations.
Julie graduated from John Caroll University with a bachelor’s degree in communication and media studies.
