Luke Fuszard
Luke Fuszard is Head of Enterprise Strategy at Benepass and a commercial leader with deep experience in HR technology, employee benefits, and digital health. He has built and led enterprise sales and partnerships teams, launched new go-to-market channels, and helped leading employers adopt innovative workforce and benefits solutions.
Before Benepass, Luke held leadership roles at Artemis Health, Sword Health, Castlight Health, and Thales. He is known for driving growth, building strategic partner ecosystems, and leading complex sales efforts across the HR and benefits landscape. A multiple-time Presidents Club winner, he also teaches at UW–Madison.
