Jennifer McCann is a seasoned client relationship manager at Insperity, with over 25 years of expertise in client relationship management, sales, and account strategy. Since joining Insperity in 2014, she has collaborated with clients to realize their business vision and organizational goals through tailored account strategies and solutions. Her strong business acumen and exceptional people skills enable her to build trust and rapport with her clients.

Jennifer is passionate about helping her clients grow their businesses and achieve their objectives. In her role, she analyzes, designs, and implements customized account strategies that align with her clients’ business and people goals. Acting as the “voice of the customer,” she ensures the internal team successfully executes the client strategy. Her project management skills and ability to communicate and work cross-functionally allow her to effectively address and resolve client requests and issues.

Before joining Insperity, Jennifer worked in advertising, focusing on the travel and tourism industry with Meredith Corporation and Stamats Communication, as well as in the business and technology sectors with Ziff Communications/Ziff Davis. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in advertising from San Jose State University.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Jennifer is actively involved in leadership and community service. She has served as co-chair for a school capital campaign, a school board member and president, and a parent association member.

Maria has spent more than 25 years in the Human Capital Management Field in both internal and outsourcing roles. Her experience spans technology, hospitality, manufacturing and supply chain and includes over a two decades in delivering outsourced HR services to clients across the United States. She has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Mount Holyoke College and a Masters degree in Public Policy from Georgia State University

Prior to joining Insperity Maria worked for Wyndham Worldwide as an HR Director and in both service and sales leadership roles at Paychex and ADP. She brings a passion for connecting business and human capital goals to her clients and their employees.

In her free time Maria enjoys exploring Chicago with her husband and two daughters and rooting for the Chicago White Sox.

Ronnie Chong currently serves as the Director of HR Operations, Technology and Insights at Ridgeline. Chong is a seasoned HR-IT leader with 17 years of global experience driving People Technology strategies and solutions. Known for his expertise in Lean and Agile methodologies, he excels at optimizing systems, navigating complex global HR policies, and fostering innovative collaborations. Ronnie is passionate about enhancing end-to-end People experiences, empowering teams, and advancing operational excellence.

Robert Ruiz is a collaborative leader with a people-first mindset and over a decade of experience driving operational efficiency and technology solutions at Insperity. Based in Brea, California, he leads a team focused on promoting Insperity solutions and implementing automation strategies that streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation. Known for his adaptability and problem-solving mindset, Robert has earned multiple company recognitions for his commitment to continuous improvement. Outside of work, he enjoys collecting vinyl records, a hobby he picked up in college and continues to enjoy today.
