    With over three decades of experience at Gap International, Bob Rothman has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth and operational success. As a key leader, Mr. Rothman is accountable for all aspects of the business, ensuring that strategic objectives are effectively implemented and that the organization continues to evolve and thrive on a global scale.

    As a trusted consultant, Mr. Rothman partners with CEOs and C-suite executives in large, multinational organizations, guiding them through breakthrough growth initiatives and performance transformations. His expertise lies in developing and executing sustainable growth strategies that drive measurable results. He is also a seasoned designer and facilitator of high-impact, enterprise-wide leadership programs, including custom-designed conferences that promote profound mindset shifts and inspire breakthrough actions across organizations.

    Mr. Rothman is a sought-after speaker at corporate meetings and business events, where he shares his insights on topics such as breakthrough thinking, high-performance leadership, and organizational transformation.

    Jim Link, CHRO, SHRM-SCP

    Jim Link is the Chief Human Resources Officer for SHRM. With more than 340,000 members around the world, SHRM is the largest HR professional association in the world and the leading voice for matters related to workers and the workplace. Prior to joining SHRM, Link’s career included roles of increasing responsibility across a variety of industries and companies including General Electric, the Pillsbury Company, Porsche Cars, and Randstad. While at Randstad North America, he led a global team of 150 HR professionals who were instrumental in transforming the company into an award-winning, inclusive, and sustainable global leader.
