Yaniv Shimoni is the Co-Founder of Take2 AI, an AI agents platform purpose-built for healthcare recruiting. Take2’s mission is to fully manage healthcare recruiting with autonomous AI agents, helping organizations reduce costs, hire faster, and improve retention and quality of hire.
Yaniv earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he focused on entrepreneurship and technology-driven innovation. He is passionate about applying AI to solve practical business problems and building products that help companies unlock human potential.

Joe Gage
Joe Gage is a senior healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience in human resources, operations, and organizational leadership. He serves as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at Bon Secours Mercy Health, where he oversees HR, technology, and enterprise services supporting tens of thousands of employees, and is also Chair of the Catholic Health Association. Throughout his career, Joe has held leadership roles at organizations including Tenet Healthcare, Delta Air Lines, Levi Strauss & Co and more.

Laura Dannels
Laura Dannels, PhD, MBA, is an enterprise HR executive with nearly two decades of experience leading workforce and culture strategy for multi-billion-dollar organizations across healthcare, energy, and professional services. She serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for UCSF Health, where she leads people and culture strategy for a workforce of more than 45,000 employees.
Throughout her career, Laura has focused on modernizing HR organizations and building contemporary people strategies that strengthen organizational performance, employee experience, leadership capability, and workforce readiness. Her work has included transforming HR operating models, advancing digital and data-enabled HR capabilities, and developing innovative approaches to talent and workforce strategy.
Prior to UCSF Health, Laura held senior HR leadership roles at Wellstar Health System, where she served as Chief Talent Officer, and at Kaiser Permanente, among other organizations.

Matt Kurth
Matt Kurth is a healthcare HR executive with over 15 years of experience spanning HR consulting, operations, and organizational transformation. He serves as SVP and Deputy Chief People Officer at Northwell Health, New York's largest healthcare provider, where he leads the HR Enablement & Operations function and drives the design and implementation of strategic HR and people initiatives across the system. Since joining Northwell in 2016, Matt has held a range of HR leadership roles spanning project management, change management, and career and performance development, and previously spent seven years as a human capital services consultant at Baker Tilly.
