Activities for SHRM22 virtual attendees will help break up the conference day, challenge your mind and get your body moving. These exclusive activities are scheduled before and between the day's main stage speakers and concurrent sessions.
Consider adding the following to your calendar; all times are Central:
June 6
- Midnight, Leaderboard game opens. Play before and during the conference and become a master of the virtual platform, with a chance to win prizes. Network with other attendees, take surveys, learn about business solutions and chat during sessions, while earning points and badges along the way. The virtual experience is in your hands. The game ends at 10:15 a.m. June 15.
June 12
- Noon-1 p.m., Networking and Virtual Experience Orientation. In this live video session, get all your questions answered about how to maximize your virtual experience. Join Yebin Choi, digital exhibitor specialist at Freeman Co., to guide you through your virtual journey in this entertaining and interactive event.
- 1:15-1:30 p.m., Welcome and Pre-Show.
- 2:45-3 p.m.Opening General Session Pre-Show.
- 3-4 p.m., Opening General Session: "Finding the Right Balance: How Employee Benefits Attract and Retain the Best Talent."
- 4-5 p.m., Cyber Sorcery with Johnny Wu Magic (live only). In this interactive experience featuring featuring celebrity magician, mentalist and hypnotist Johnny Wu, magic happens by you, on your devices, right before your very eyes.
June 13
- 7:15-7:30 a.m., Welcome and Pre-Show.
- 8:30-9 a.m., Break and General Session Pre-Show.
- 9-10 a.m., General Session: Johnny C. Taylor, Jr., SHRM-SCP, SHRM president and chief executive officer.
- 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Virtual Expo. Throughout the conference, click on the different booths for resources to download and watch, as well as earn points toward the Leaderboard Game for prizes.
- 10:15-10:30 a.m., Brain Bite Break: "No Sweat Absanity." Fitness consultant Walter Lewis of Walter Lewis Fitness Solutions will lead a quick full body circuit workout. No equipment or experience required to participate. Have your office and housemates join the activity to stay healthy and charged for the day.
- 11:45 a.m.-noon, Brain Bite Break: "HR Trends Trivia."
- Noon-1 p.m., Networking Peer Group Ideas-Swap by Industry.
- 1:15-1:30 p.m., Brain Bite Break. More details to come.
- 2:30-3:15 p.m., Trivia Game: "All About New Orleans." The live, multiplayer game is open to the first 300 attendees. The top three players on the leaderboard will receive Amazon gift cards. Sponsored by The Game Agency. (Chrome is the recommended browser for playing the game, but Edge, Firefox, Safari and Opera are supported; Internet Explorer is not supported.)
- 4:45-6 p.m., Brain Bite Break: "Cozy Juicy Real: Interactive Networking Experience." This has been played by thousands of people in 71 countries. Jed Lazar and Sophia Avgousti of Cozy Juicy Real lead the activity.

- 3:15-3:30 p.m., Brain Bite Break: "Cocktails and Mocktails: Healthy Drinks You Can Make at Home." Katy Caballero of Walter Lewis Fitness Solutions will show you how to make this drink inspired by SHRM22.
- 8-10 p.m., Live concert featuring Brad Paisley.

- 8:45 a.m.-9 a.m., Brain Bite Break: "No Equipment Body Circuit Workout." Fitness consultant Walter Lewis leads this full body circuit workout, no equipment or experience required.
- 10-10:30 a.m., Break and General Session Pre-Show.
