    O'Kelly E. McWilliams III is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office, where he advises clients on the human capital aspects of corporate transactional matters. He is experienced in providing legal counsel that impacts enterprise strategy/operations, corporate transactions, cost reduction, risk mitigation and corporate culture. McWilliams' diverse experience working with CEOs, C-suite, boards and leadership teams across companies in the financial services, technology, food service, healthcare, private equity and startup sectors enables him to leverage a broad perspective and provide counsel that strengthens an organization's legal structure and promotes enterprise efficiencies and growth potential.

    Nick Schacht

    Nick Schacht is a seasoned executive with over three decades of experience in professional services, education, and corporate learning and development. He currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer for SHRM, where he leads teams responsible for supporting HR professionals' performance and development, delivering B2B solutions, expanding SHRM's international business, and overseeing event experiences.

    Before joining SHRM, Schacht founded and served as CEO of KnowCyber, President and COO of PetroSkills, CEO and President of Learning Tree International, and President of Global Learning Systems. Notably, Schacht was the President of ESI International, which serves both government and commercial clients. His leadership at ESI International involved government contracting requiring substantial expertise in federal acquisition processes and the government contracting space. He has also been a Research Fellow specializing in contract management and procurement studies at the Logistics Management Institute, and began his career as a U.S. Navy Supply Officer, on the headquarters staff of the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program.

    Martina Bradford is founder and CEO of Palladian Hill Strategies. She is a distinguished leader with over 25 years of experience in business, law, and public policy. She has held influential roles, including Counsel on two congressional committees, partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, Corporate Officer for two Fortune 50 corporations, and Senate Deputy Sergeant at Arms, a position she was appointed to by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. Bradford's career began as an attorney-adviser at the Interstate Commerce Commission and progressed to Chief of Staff for its Vice Chairman, where she managed major railroad industry mergers and acquisitions. Transitioning to the private sector, she ascended to executive positions at AT&T and Lucent Technologies, where she played a pivotal role in global public affairs and regulatory strategies. Known for her expertise in telecommunications, mergers and acquisitions, and trade, Bradford has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic prowess across a wide spectrum of industries.
