Crystal Kohanke, MS, SHRM-CP, ACC, is the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer for Arkansas Children’s Health System. Her previous roles include Group Vice President, Human Resources for CHRISTUS Health and Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Harland Clarke Holdings Corp. With more than 20 years of executive Human Resources Leadership experience, Kohanke is an innovative professional who has excelled in various diverse organizations and industries to include healthcare, education, marketing services and the financial sector. Her experience includes service and manufacturing organizations both domestically and internationally. She is a results-focused leader and a proven relationship builder with progressively extensive roles and responsibilities.
