    Tom Wardrip

    Tom Wardrip is a Managing Director with Gallagher's Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice. Mr. Wardrip has comprehensive management experience in the service and health care managed services industries. During his time in the service industry, Mr. Wardrip was a part of growth organizations and participated in the rollout and management of new locations where his focus was hiring, training, and process improvement. His time in the managed services industry continued his focus as a turnaround specialist as he managed customer retention, contract negotiation, service improvement, training and development, hiring, and profitability enhancements. Throughout his consulting career, his attention to detail, analytic approach, and vast industry knowledge has been an asset to the organization and provided clients with strategic solutions to meet their business objectives. In addition to a strong background in compensation, Mr. Wardrip works with clients on disparate impact analysis, FLSA audits, job evaluation, workforce planning, performance management, rewards and recognition, and a variety of other human resources topics. Mr. Wardrip has provided compensation expertise in industries such as health care, financial services, life sciences, credit unions, social services, and waste management. Mr. Wardrip received his bachelor's degree from Purdue University in Hospitality Management and his Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Health Sector and Entrepreneurship from DePaul University. Mr. Wardrip is certified as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) by WorldatWork.

    Hannah Johnstone

    Hannah Johnstone joined the Gallagher retirement consulting team in September of 2016. Her experience working alongside our retirement plan consultants grants her additional perspective when it comes to constructing holistic financial wellbeing programs that accommodate everyday employee needs and enable retirement saving. Hannah looks forward to building financially resiliency in employee groups to foster a stronger, more productive, healthy organization.

    As a Financial Wellbeing Consultant, Hannah is an integral part of the larger Retirement Plan Consulting practice. Hannah works to accomodate the financial stressors of each individual employee by designing financial wellbeing programs built for a diverse population. A program focus on participant education, financial coaching, financial planning, and in many cases, a combination of these approaches. Hannah closely monitors the financial wellbeing marketplace so she can provide clients with perspective around new or trending solutions, best-fit providers, and program design benchmarking.

    Hannah’s passion for building financial resiliency at the individual level allows her to provide a unique perspective at the employer level. Gallagher strives to bring the resources that “meet employees where they are” on their financial journey, and Hannah individualizes this process so that employers can offer a financial wellbeing program spurring individual growth and accomplishing organizational goals.

    David Gillen

    David is a US Analytics Leader at Gallagher (previously Buck). He joined Buck in 2018 and has over 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry.  Prior to joining Buck, David helped launch a Human Capital Data Analytics firm bringing disparate data from across the entire HR spectrum to uncover opportunities and measure the impact of change. David also has experience in traditional benefits consulting, underwriting and risk management. He has managed both Global and regional organizations of various sizes. Since his time at Buck, the Health practice has rolled out an analytics approach that serves over 1.3M members for our clients. This approach includes real-time diagnostic monitoring, prescriptive analysis for actionable solutions and data integration across all HR & People data.

    Courtney Schroeder

    Courtney Schroeder serves as U.S. Practice Leader, Wellbeing at Gallagher. She has fifteen years of corporate wellness experience on both the carrier and vendor side as well as a Senior Wellbeing Consultant. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Washington & Jefferson College and a Master's in Exercise Physiology/Clinical Track from the University of Pittsburgh. She has held several leadership roles over the years and currently leads a national team of consultants and wellness program managers in developing innovative strategies that improve the productivity and culture of organizations and health of their employees.
