HR Knowledge Advisor
Jennifer Chang, SHRM-CP, brings over 10 years of human resources experience to her role as an HR Knowledge Advisor, primarily in the government contracting industry, serving in HR generalist, specialist, and director roles.
Jennifer enjoys assisting SHRM members as a trusted sounding board, providing guidance and resources to help navigate complex employee relations issues.
She holds a master’s degree in Organizational Development and Strategic Human Resources from Johns Hopkins University and SHRM specialty credentials in California Law HR, U.S. Employment Immigration, and People Manager Qualification (PMQ).
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys kayaking, acing trivia night, and discovering new adventures with her daughter.
