Doris will join a Main Stage session titled, “Leadership in Turbulent Times,” where she will share her deep knowledge and understanding of previous crises to illustrate how leaders motivated and inspired their teams.

“As SHRM is celebrating its 75th Anniversary year, it is a gift to be able to have world-renowned historian Doris Kearns Goodwin join us for our Employment Law and Compliance Conference,” shares Johnny C. Taylor Jr., President and CEO, SHRM. “As we are still recovering from a pandemic, entering a potential recession, and grappling with very serious talent issues including wide-spread layoffs, this session is all too important as leaders work to feel motivated and inspire their teams.”
