ALEXANDRIA, Va. – SHRM, the trusted authority on all things work, today announced the appointment of Nichol Bradford as AI (Artificial Intelligence) + HI (Human Intelligence) Executive-in-Residence. In recognition of the pivotal role AI will play in shaping the future of work, SHRM has created the AI+HI Executive-In-Residence position to help workplace leaders and HR professionals leverage AI and human ingenuity to drive organizational growth. In her capacity, Bradford will spearhead the evolution of SHRM's resources, guidance, and product offerings related to AI+HI, focusing on maximizing AI potential through thoughtful integration with human intelligence.

“AI can be a transformative force augmenting human performance and propelling organizations to new heights of productivity and performance. To realize the benefit for society, we must prepare the workforce for the emergence of AI. Bradford serves as a faculty member at Singularity University, as a trustee at CIIS, and has been a lecturer and adjunct professor at Stanford University.

“My life mission is to empower human potential. SHRM, as the authority on all things work, will play a critical role in driving human readiness for an AI world. Together we are creating an AI+HI enablement path that will help transform work, workers and workplaces at scale,” said Bradford.
