Tami Teriipaia is a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at BambooHR, where she partners with leaders to build high-performing customer experience teams and connect candidates to meaningful career opportunities. She brings a strong background in university recruiting, including leading internship programs at large organizations, where she developed and scaled early talent pipelines.
Tami focuses on aligning candidate aspirations with business strategy, creating hiring approaches that drive impact for both individuals and organizations. She is known for her relationship-driven style and her commitment to delivering a thoughtful, human-centered hiring experience. She holds a degree in Communications from Southern Utah University and is completing her MBA at Brigham Young University this week.
Outside of work, Tami enjoys traveling, staying organized, and spending time with her five children—often while cheering on her favorite sports teams with a Diet Coke in hand.

Bekah Wilkerson
Bekah Wilkerson is an HR Business Partner at BambooHR, where she partners with product and executive leaders to align people strategy with business priorities. Her work focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining talent while helping teams adapt and perform in a rapidly evolving, AI-driven environment.
Prior to her current role, Bekah spent several years in talent acquisition at BambooHR, hiring across functions from early-career talent to senior leadership. This end-to-end experience shapes her practical approach to building talent strategies that work.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her giant pup, Baymax, and dabbling in home improvement projects she is in no way qualified for.
