As Chief Human Resources Officer of Universal Corporation (NYSE: UVV), Tatiana Godoi leads the company’s global people strategy where she aligns talent, culture, and organizational design to meet business objectives and long term growth.
Appointed in 2025, she has more than 20 years of experience leading large scale HR transformation across North America, Latin America, and global corporate functions. Prior to Universal, Godoi held senior HR leadership roles at Kerry and Mars, supporting portfolio shifts, M&A, operating model redesign, and leadership capability building.
Tatiana holds an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral, post MBA studies from the Kellogg School of Management, and is certified in Change Management by Prosci.
