Carrie Carr-Mackall is a SHRM-CP certified professional with 20 plus years of generalist experience in the human resources field. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, her Paralegal Certification from the Fairfax Paralegal Institute and is currently studying for her Masters in Legal Studies at American University. Carrie has worked primarily in the Heavy Civil Highway Construction industry but has also supported a variety of other industries as an HR practitioner (Generalist, HRBP & Consultant) to include Commercial Mechanical Contracting, M2M Solutions and Health Insurance Carriers. Carrie’s background includes hands on experience with start-up HR departments. Carrie is happily married, has two beautiful daughters, and enjoys volunteering activities in her community.
