Katrina ("Katie") P. Merlini holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Florida Tech. She has served as a faculty advisor for Florida Tech's SHRM student chapter and as the Editor of the HR Florida Review magazine, and currently teaches graduate-level courses for George Mason University and Florida Tech. She has more than a decade of experience conducting workplace research in both private and public sectors, authoring numerous peer-reviewed publications in the areas of organizational leadership, employee motivation, and workplace inclusion.
