Lori B. Rassas is an SPHR-certified labor and employment attorney and facilitator with more than two decades of experience working on the full spectrum of employment and labor matters and teaching executives, managers, employees, and students of all levels. She received an LLM in Labor and Employment Law from New York University Law School, a JD from the George Washington University Law School, and a BA from Tufts University. She is also a trained mediator and arbitrator, and the author of seven books.
Lori has a pragmatic approach to the navigation of employment relationships that is derived from her experience working to resolve issues that have arisen on both sides of the bargaining table. Her prior employers include the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Columbia University, and AFTRA (now SAG-AFTRA). She also has her own HR consulting practice. (See www.lorirassas.com).
