    George Rogers is Chief Culture Officer with Lighthouse Research & Advisory. He is also the author of “Champion Your Purpose,” a book focused on how to find meaning in a life filled with sameness and, ultimately, leading your life and work on purpose. The Chief Culture Officer of Lighthouse Research and Advisory and a partner of ETHOS Coaching. Passionate about helping leaders build a diverse and inclusive culture within their organizations. Believing that success stems from creating a culture of belonging that allows people to bring their authentic selves to the workplace with trust and vulnerability, Rogers shares leadership strategies for investing in people and driving impactful change.

    Lisa Blasdale

    Lisa Blasdale is the Senior Manager, Global Benefits for Cabot Corporation, a leading global specialty chemicals and performance materials company headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, she is responsible for relationships with 50+ global vendors, insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators for Cabot’s 4,100 global active employees at 30+ facilities in 20+ countries. Blasdale is a member of the Cabot Investment Committee and Benefits Advisory Group, interacting with senior leadership to recommend and set benefit strategy. She is an advocate for well-being and introduced Cabot’s award-winning well-being program domestically and then globally. Blasdale also serves on the board of the New England Employee Benefits Council.

    Denise O'Brien joined Bright Horizons in 2023 and currently serves as the Group Vice President of Growth Strategy and Operations. She brings more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, service and operations expertise to her role where she is responsible for implementing strategic growth initiatives that enhance organizational performance across B2B marketing, sales enablement and training, workforce consulting, revenue lifecycle management and growth operations.
