Justice specializes in digital employee experience, service center enabling technologies, people analytics and artificial intelligence in HR having spent the last 10 years of his career helping organizations define their business and technology strategy, operating model and roadmap in these spaces and then serving as their partner in their transformation journeys.

Katie King
Katie King is a published author, keynote speaker and consultant on artificial intelligence. She was voted a leading AI strategist and ‘Top 10 influencer in AI’ in 2024. King has over 30 years of consulting experience across a range of sectors. She is currently writing her third book on AI’s impact on HR, marketing and sales, for publication in Autumn 2025 by Kogan Page. King has delivered two TEDx talks and is a regular speaker worldwide. In 2024, she toured 17 countries, delivering sessions on applying AI to business. She is a Member of the UK Government All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) task force for the adoption of AI. She is also an Editorial Board Member for the AI and Ethics Journal (Springer Nature – global publisher).
