Susan Carino is the Health and Welfare Manager at The Hartford, where she is responsible for strategy, plan/program design and operations for all Health and Welfare plans, including The Hartford’s award- winning well-being program. She is continually focused on ensuring that “The Buck” remains an employer of choice in the insurance industry. With over 25 years of experience, Carino got her start at CIGNA and Prudential, administering qualified and non-qualified retirement plans. She is a certified Lean/Six Sigma green belt and a CEBS-compliant member of ISCEBS.
