Patrick Courtright, Managing Director
Patrick has spent more than 20 years helping corporations create, manage, and restructure retirement plans. He understands the distinct challenges faced by today’s retirement plan sponsors, as well as the individual needs of employees preparing for their financial future.
He has been recognized by Raymond James as a leader in retirement plan consulting through his position on the Retirement Plan & Institutional Advisory Council (RIAC*) a collective of financial advisors offering specialized expertise and support for retirement plan sponsors. Patrick also holds the designations of Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®), along with a Finance degree and an MBA.
Why workplace plans?
Patrick has worn many hats, wildland firefighter, welder, machine shop and factory employee, farm hand, and outdoor store manager. These roles have given him the perspective and a strong appreciation for the retirement plan participants he serves every day. His approach centers on keeping advice real, understandable, and approachable for both plan sponsors and participants.
Patrick and his wife enjoy working and living in the Boise area. Outside the office, he is an avid outdoorsman who loves mountain biking, fly fishing, and rafting.

Kristine Lampert, Executive Benefits Specialist
Kristine Lampert consults with organizations to assist in attracting, retaining, and rewarding employees needed to help ensure success. She translates corporate objectives for executive benefit plans into reality. Executive benefits programs can often be essential to attracting and retaining top talent. Drawing from her many years of experience in the design and funding of executive benefit programs, Kristine provides customized nonqualified plan solutions including deferred compensation and supplemental retirement plan designs. Plan features range from executive savings opportunities to performance driven strategies that align with stakeholders and support business metrics.
Prior to joining Raymond James in 2023, Kristine held positions as a Senior Vice President with OneDigital and Managing Director with Fulcrum Partners. She resides in Delray Beach, Fl with her family and Great Dane Gracie. Kristine volunteers at the Delray Beach Public Library where she is a board and finance committee member and is a member of Women in Executive Leadership.
