Janell Stanton
Janell Stanton is Of Counsel at Jackson Lewis in Minneapolis. She represents management in single-plaintiff and class/collective actions, including matters involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation and wage/hour claims.
Janell advises management on strategies and policies designed to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and minimize exposure to potential litigation. She advises clients of developments in the law in areas including hiring, ADA and reasonable accommodations, leave, employee discipline/termination, and wage/hour issues.
She is a frequent speaker and writer on topics relating to HR and employment law, contributing to publications, podcasts, blogs, and SHRM articles.
