She is an accomplished seasoned Director of Total Rewards with over 25 years of extensive expertise in global employee benefits, global compensation, complex HRIS implementations and improvement, and talent/recruiting management. She’s worked in 10 different industries, both public and private. Lois graduated from Towson University, with a Master of Science in Human Resources Development, an undergraduate degree in Psychology (pre-mental health), with a minor in Sociology. Her professional certifications include the following: PHR, GRP, CBP, and the CCP.
