Lois is a Maryland native, now based in Tampa, Florida. She is an accomplished seasoned Director of Total Rewards with over 25 years of extensive expertise in global employee benefits, global compensation, complex HRIS implementations and improvement, and talent/recruiting management. She’s worked in 10 different industries, both public and private. Lois graduated from Towson University, with a Master of Science in Human Resources Development, an undergraduate degree in Psychology (pre-mental health), with a minor in Sociology. Her professional certifications include the following: PHR, GRP, CBP, and the CCP.
