She plays an integral role in SHRM’s HR Ask an Advisor service, where she provides both tactical and strategic assistance to members facing complex workplace challenges. Through her work with the SHRM HR Knowledge Community, Theresa partners with HR professionals to offer expert insights and resources that enhance the effectiveness of their HR practices.
