    Jesse Favre, MSW, MBA is a leadership trainer and speaker dedicated to helping organizations build energized, innovative, and collaborative teams. With a dual master’s degree in business and social work from Washington University in St. Louis and certification in Mental Health First Aid, she offers a unique perspective at the intersection of leadership, organizational culture, and mental health.

    A seasoned facilitator, Jesse has delivered more than 1,000 workshops, seminars, and webinars that unlock powerful insights into human behavior at work. As a member of the International Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA) Speaker’s Bureau, she combines research-based knowledge with practical tools that drive immediate results. Drawing on her experience in hospital leadership and consulting, Jesse ensures every takeaway is actionable, relevant, and designed to help teams thrive.

    Ryan West is Vice President of Workforce Education & Development for ARCpoint Franchise Group, a whole systems thinker and dedicated change agent for the organizations and individuals he serves. His expertise has been shaped by his training in psychology, education, and organization development, and by his professional experiences as a drug and alcohol counselor, clinical evaluator, employee assistance specialist, public speaker, and consultant. He is a DOT-Qualified Substance Abuse Professional, a Certified Employee Assistance Professional, the Immediate Past-President of the Indiana Chapter of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association, a lifelong learner, and a passionate educator.
