With strong government support, a skilled workforce, and a focus on innovation, organizations are actively integrating AI to enhance effciency, talent acquisition, and workforce planning. However, challenges such as integration with legacy systems, reskilling initiatives and data privacy concerns remain key considerations, which largely resonates with our APAC research findings.
